POSITION SUMMARY:
This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. The Associate Vice President is responsible and accountable for all operational aspects of planning, developing, and implementing membership, programs and services at the appointed region and center and may be responsible for other aspects of operations.

Hiring Range: $80K - $90K
Human Resources Specialist is responsible for performing assigned human resource functions to ensure the policies and procedures of the YMCA of Greater Kansas City are being followed. This position has a strong focus on the recruiting functions for the association. They will have an assigned center(s) with associate paperwork, background screenings and payroll while providing broader association-wide support in coordinating additional functions.
Hiring range: $18.00 - $20.00

This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. The Vice President of Capital Asset Development will have primary responsibility for identifying, planning and facilitating new facility development as well as enhancing, expanding or relocating existing centers. In addition this position will be responsible for the management and leadership of any partnerships or agreements for Association properties, grounds and other assets including those owned, rented or leased. This position will also provide direct oversight to subcontractors responsible for maintenance, cleaning, lawn services, and transportation in support of facility and property assets. This position will be expected to emphasize member service, character development and the mission in relation to the retention and promotion of the YMCA.

Hiring Range: $100K - $120K
Assists in general ledger maintenance and reconciliation, daily cash reporting, month-and year-end closing of accounting records, and other key finance functions. This position identifies and prevents discrepancies and helps set up control systems.
Hiring Range: $22 - $25 hourly based on experience
