This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. The Vice President, Operations is responsible for leading and providing operational oversight of assigned family center(s) and product line operations. This position provides cause-driven leadership in Association membership, program development, community engagement, leading and developing associates and volunteers, fiscal management, financial development, facility and equipment stewardship, and community relations. Leads a diverse team of associates and volunteers with an operating budget up to $15M.

Hiring Range: $90K - $115K
