The Personal Trainer trains Y members and community participants on strength training equipment, free weights and cardiovascular equipment on a one to one basis or small group training.  The Personal Trainer is also responsible for informing and serving YMCA members and volunteers in a premier fashion. A Y Swim Lesson Instructor teaches quality lessons to participants concentrating on the Y’s five areas of growth; personal safety, stroke development, water safety and rescue, personal growth, water sports and games.
