Under the supervision and direction of the director and in accordance with the mission, character development and values of the YMCA, the Fitness Group Exercise Instructor conducts group exercise classes in the area of cardiovascular wellness, flexibility, and muscular endurance with warm up and cool-down for each class. The Instructor is also responsible for informing and serving Y members and volunteers in a premier fashion. He or she is expected to emphasize member service, character development, the mission statement and to work with membership retention and promotion.
The Child Watch Attendant provides quality care to children 12 weeks to 8 years of age who participate in the child-watch while their family is using the facility. The Child Watch Attendant is expected to emphasize member service, character development, mission statement, and to work with membership retention and promotion.
This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. The Healthy Living Coach is responsible for conducting coaching sessions and setting goals with members seeking a healthy lifestyle. Through individual empathetic listening, on-going communication and support and person-centered guidance and accountability, the Healthy Living Coach will help lead members toward a sustainable healthy lifestyle.

The Aquatics Trainer supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. This position is responsible for supporting the Y’s aquatics program and delivering quality YMCA and/or Red Cross aquatics training programs for lifeguards and swim lesson instructors.

The Lifeguard is also responsible for informing and serving YMCA members and volunteers in a premier fashion. They are expected to emphasize member service, character development, the mission statement and to work with membership retention and promotion. Hiring Bonus: $150
