Responsible for daily operations and supervision of associates at one before and after school program in the Lee's Summit School District.  Creates a supportive and fun environment where children learn, develop interests and make friends.  Develops and maintains positive relationships with families and building administrators at the site. Assists in the day-to-day responsibilities at a before and after school age site in accordance with licensing and YMCA standards.  With a focus on safety, health, social growth and academic enhancement, Y Club before and after school gives kindergartners through sixth graders a safe, supportive and fun environment to learn, develop interests and make friends.
