Responsible for daily operations and supervision of associates at one before and after school program in the Lee's Summit School District.  Creates a supportive and fun environment where children learn, develop interests and make friends.  Develops and maintains positive relationships with families and building administrators at the site.   Hourly Rates Minimum $17.00/hour

The Teen Tech program assistant is to provide quality care to children 8 years to 19 years of age who participate in the Best Buy Teen Tech center.     The Best Buy Teen Tech Center provides a fun, interactive learning space where youth can develop critical skills through hands-on activities that explore their interests in programming, film-making, music production and design. We work to bridge the digital divide by giving youth access to tech education opportunities, relationships that help to build confidence, and a foundation for school and career success.  

The Personal Trainer trains Y members and community participants on strength training equipment, free weights and cardiovascular equipment on a one to one basis or small group training.  The Personal Trainer is also responsible for informing and serving YMCA members and volunteers in a premier fashion. They are expected to emphasize member service, character development, the mission statement and to work with membership retention and promotion.  

The Property Manager will repair equipment as needed, order maintenance and housekeeping supplies, ensure equipment and facility safety, and maintain the building and grounds in a neat and attractive manner. This position will work with and direct any outside vendor for building projects. This position may have responsibilities for more than one facility within the Association and may supervise Facility Technicians assigned to their location.   Hiring Range:  $22 -$25 per hour
