Join the Platte County Community Center South in Parkville, MO as a Group Exercise Instructor, leading meaningful wellness classes that help participants move better, feel stronger, and improve their quality of life. Lead safe, engaging, and inclusive group fitness classes
Deliver high-quality instruction for Pedaling for Parkinson’s and/or EnhanceFitness
Create a supportive and encouraging environment for participants of varying abilities
Modify exercises to meet participant needs and physical limitations
Monitor class safety, form, and participant progress
Participate in required YMCA onboarding and specialty program trainings
Ensure equipment is prepared, safe, and ready for class use
Communicate participant needs, concerns, or progress updates with Healthy Living leadership
