The Office Manager serves as a key representative of the Y, often providing the first impression for visitors and callers to the Association Office. This highly visible role requires strong organizational skills and is responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative operations of an office supporting approximately 60 staff members. The Office Manager will also provide direct administrative support to the Chief People Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer.
This position plays a critical role in fostering a smooth, efficient, and welcoming work environment, and supports members of the senior leadership team. The role is primarily on-site during standard business hours.
