Overview

Responsible for maintaining guest relations at the pool, ensuring appropriate guest entry, taking payments, answering questions, and provide information about pool rules and regulations. This is an outdoor pool so this position may be periodically in an outside environment in the heat but majority of the time will be in a shaded covered location.

Responsibilities

  • Greets, acknowledges, and interacts with patrons and program participants in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Check patrons and program participants into the pool area. Must be able to accurately account for all patrons and collect the correct funds.
  • Process payments for pool usage.
  • Work with other associates to ensure facility cleanliness and restock supplies as needed.
  • Ensure proper procedures for handling and accounting for collections of money.
  • Provide pertinent information to members, guests and participants on pool guidelines
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Works effectively with people of different background, abilities, opinions and perceptions.
  • Basic math ability to accurately count and handle money.
  • Reflect a positive attitude
